Summary

This study tested a program called KanSurvive-ECHO to help rural primary care clinics provide better follow-up care for cancer survivors. Researchers worked with 15 clinics to improve tasks like scheduling cancer screenings, checking for distress, and tracking weight and tobacco use. The goal was to see if the program helped clinics follow recommended guidelines for cancer survivorship care.
