Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called JZP815 in adults with advanced or spreading solid tumors that have specific changes in the MAPK pathway. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 332 participants who have tried all other treatments or cannot tolerate them will take part.
