Can a simple journal boost talk therapy?
NCT ID NCT06863909
Summary
This study is testing if keeping a therapy journal helps people get more out of their standard cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Researchers will compare 80 patients receiving regular CBT to those who also do goal-oriented journaling. The goal is to see if the journaling helps patients make faster or greater progress in managing their mental health conditions.
