Summary

This study is creating a large registry of 2,000 people with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and related conditions like Barrett's esophagus. Researchers will collect data from medical records and questionnaires over 5 years to better understand the disease and its treatments. The goal is to gather information, not to test a new treatment.
