Summary

This study tests whether a single dose of intravenous iron can improve exercise capacity in adults with a specific type of heart failure (HFpEF) who also have low iron levels. Researchers will measure changes in peak oxygen uptake during exercise tests over 12 weeks. The trial involves 66 participants and compares the iron treatment to a placebo.
