First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is testing an education program for people with type 2 diabetes who also have chronic kidney disease. Researchers will see if this approach helps more patients get the right treatments. The study involves 420 adults receiving primary care in the U.S.
