Summary

This study tests a personalized system that uses smart wristbands and a mobile app to help heart failure patients increase physical activity and sit less. The system sets custom activity goals based on each person's heart data and provides real-time feedback and motivation. About 82 adults with heart failure will take part. The goal is to improve exercise habits and overall health.
