Summary
This study tested whether a computer program (Clinical Decision Support System) helps doctors better follow official treatment guidelines for patients with both high blood pressure and atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat). About 282 adults took part, with some doctors using the computer tool and others providing standard care. The goal was to see if the tool improves guideline adherence and reduces heart-related events.
