Summary
This study looks at whether a combination of herbal medicine and Chuna manual therapy (a Korean spinal manipulation technique) can safely reduce pain and improve walking ability in people with low back pain or sciatica caused by lumbar spinal stenosis or spondylolisthesis. Researchers will follow 110 patients for 4 months, tracking pain levels, disability, and quality of life. Because this is an observational study without a control group, it can suggest but not prove whether the treatment works.
