Virtual sleep help for veterans with brain injuries

Summary
This study is testing two different telehealth programs to help veterans with mild to moderate traumatic brain injury sleep better. Researchers will compare a structured sleep coaching program (CBT-I) with a mindfulness-based approach (MBTI), both delivered in six video sessions. The goal is to see which method more effectively reduces insomnia and related stress symptoms in 360 participants.
