NCT ID NCT07288593

First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special smartwatch can improve sleep in warfighters who have trouble sleeping due to PTSD, brain injury, or stress. About 180 current or former service members will wear devices to track sleep and body signals, then use the smartwatch for 30 days. The goal is to see if gentle vibrations from the watch can calm nighttime stress and lead to better rest and daytime function.
