New program aims to help veterans pick home dialysis

Summary
This study tests a special education program for veterans with advanced chronic kidney disease. The goal is to help them understand their condition and choose the best type of dialysis, especially home dialysis. About 656 veterans will take part to see if this program improves their care and health outcomes.
