New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called IDE161, alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors (like breast, ovarian, prostate, or lung cancer). The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 216 adults with tumors that have certain genetic changes are taking part.
