New pill targets tough cancers in early safety trial

Summary
This is a first-in-human study to find a safe dose of a new oral drug called IACS-6274. It will be tested alone and in two different drug combinations in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the safety of the drug and see if it shows any early signs of fighting the cancer.
