Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week program that combines brain training, social activities, and exercise is practical and liked by seniors with mental health conditions living in community housing. About 18 participants will try the program in small groups, guided by a support worker. The goal is to see if this approach can help seniors stay independent and living in their own homes longer.
