Summary

This study looked at whether a special type of hot yoga (hyperthermic yoga) can help adults with mild to moderate depression. 80 people were randomly assigned to either do the yoga twice a week for 8 weeks or be placed on a waitlist. The goal was to see if the yoga was acceptable, feasible, and effective at reducing depressive symptoms and improving quality of life.
