First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a toothpaste and mouthwash made with biomimetic hydroxyapatite could reduce tooth sensitivity in 100 adults with receding gums. Participants had one 30-second application of either the toothpaste or mouthwash in a clinic. Sensitivity was measured before and right after using a standard air test and a pain scale.
