First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mix of remote and in-person physical therapy (hybrid tele-rehabilitation) works as well as clinic-based therapy for people with lower back and leg pain caused by a slipped disc. Thirty-two adults aged 25 to 45 took part. Researchers measured pain, disability, muscle strength, and nerve sensitivity to compare the two approaches.
