First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study aimed to test an experimental virus therapy called G207, combined with a single dose of radiation, in children whose high-grade glioma had come back after prior treatment. The virus was injected directly into the brain tumor to kill cancer cells and trigger an immune response. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
