First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study was designed for children with a type of aggressive brain cancer (high-grade glioma) that has come back after initial treatment. It planned to test an experimental virus therapy, G207, injected directly into the tumor, along with a single dose of radiation. The goal was to see if this combination could help children live longer and to check for side effects. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants.
