Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests whether the drug HRS-7535 can lower blood pressure better than a placebo in 648 adults with hypertension who are also overweight or obese. Participants will take the drug or placebo for up to 48 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in blood pressure and weight.
