Summary
This study is testing whether suddenly ill adults with conditions like infections, heart failure, or breathing problems can be safely treated at home instead of in a hospital. About 3,000 participants will receive hospital-level care at home with doctors, nurses, tests, and treatments delivered to their residence. Researchers want to see if home care provides equal safety and quality while reducing costs and improving patient comfort compared to traditional hospital stays.
