Summary

This study tests whether a home-based mobile app can help 3-4 year olds who currently meet few or no daily movement, sleep, and screen-time guidelines. About 80 children will wear activity trackers, and parents will use the app for weekly lessons and goals. The goal is to see if the app improves healthy habits and is easy for families to use.
