Summary
This phase 2 study tests an experimental drug called HM15275 for weight loss in 267 adults who are obese or overweight but do not have diabetes. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo as a weekly injection for 36 weeks. The main goal is to see how much body weight changes from the start to the end of treatment.
