New obesity drug HM15275 shows promise in Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called HM15275 to help people with obesity or overweight lose weight. About 267 adults without diabetes will receive either the drug or a placebo for 36 weeks. The main goal is to see how much weight changes from the start to the end of treatment.
