Summary

This study tests a program led by trained peers (other women with HIV) that combines acceptance and commitment therapy, exercise, and social support. The goal is to help 300 women in four counties stick to their HIV medication and manage substance use and trauma. Researchers will also see if community organizations can keep the program running after the study ends.
