First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study compares a new pacing method called His-bundle pacing (His-CRT) to standard biventricular pacing (BIV-CRT) in 120 adults with heart failure and right bundle-branch block. The goal is to see if His-CRT improves the heart's pumping ability more than the standard approach. Participants will be followed for 6 months to measure changes in heart function and electrical activity.
