First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a six-month program of supervised exercise, heart risk management, and online support can improve heart and lung fitness in young cancer survivors (ages 18-45) who have mild heart dysfunction. About 336 participants across Canada will be randomly assigned to the program or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach can prevent further heart decline and improve quality of life.
