Summary
This pilot study tested whether a structured exercise program is feasible for young cancer survivors (ages 18-45) who have mild heart dysfunction after cancer treatment. The program, called CORE, is like cardiac rehab and aims to improve heart health, fitness, and quality of life. The study enrolled 30 participants and focused on whether people would join, stay safe, and stick with the exercise plan.
