Summary
This study looks at two different ways to prescribe high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for people in cardiac rehab. The goal is to see which method better improves fitness, heart function, and how well muscles use oxygen. About 30 adults with heart conditions like a recent heart attack or stable angina will take part. Results will help doctors choose the best exercise plan for recovery.
