Summary

This study tests a new, high-dose brain stimulation method to help people with Parkinson's disease who have trouble walking, including freezing and falls. Researchers will use a non-invasive technique called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on 20 participants. The goal is to see if this treatment is acceptable and improves walking and balance.
