This study compares two surgical techniques for hemorrhoids: Doppler-guided artery ligation alone versus the same procedure combined with mucopexy (stitching up the prolapsed tissue). Researchers will measure pain levels and the sensation of incomplete evacuation (tenesmus) in 150 adults undergoing surgery. The goal is to determine which approach leads to a smoother recovery.
