Summary

This study aims to find out if heated yoga, regular sauna use, or a mindfulness app can help reduce symptoms of depression. Researchers will enroll 120 adults with moderate depression and assign them to one of these three activities for 12 weeks. They will measure changes in depression, mindfulness, and overall well-being to see which approach works best.
