Summary

This study looks at whether heated yoga, sauna sessions, and a mindfulness app can help reduce symptoms of depression. Researchers will enroll 120 adults aged 18-65 with at least moderate depression. Participants will try one of these approaches and report changes in their mood and mindfulness skills.
