Summary
This study tests whether soaking your feet in hot water for 12 weeks can improve blood sugar control and blood vessel function in adults with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will compare hot water foot baths to neutral temperature foot baths in 44 people aged 45-75. The goal is to see if this simple home therapy can reduce heart disease risk.
