Summary
This study tests whether applying gentle heat to the abdomen overnight can safely lower high blood pressure that occurs when lying down in people with autonomic failure. About 20 adults with conditions like Parkinson's or Multiple System Atrophy who have this nighttime hypertension will participate. Researchers will monitor blood pressure changes and how well participants can stand the next morning.
