Summary
This study will test a new type of heart MRI that looks at the heart's microscopic structure to find early damage. Researchers will scan 1000 adults with various heart conditions and compare them to healthy volunteers. The goal is to see if this new MRI is better than standard tests at detecting early heart problems. No treatment is given in this study.
