Summary

This study is not testing a new treatment. Instead, it will follow 101 adults with chronic heart failure for up to 10 years to understand how the disease progresses. Researchers will collect health information and check survival rates at 1, 5, and 10 years after diagnosis. The goal is to learn more about the different types of heart failure and how they affect patients over time.
