This study aimed to find the main reasons why people with heart failure come back to the emergency room within 30 days of being discharged. Researchers reviewed the records of 58 adults treated for heart failure to identify key factors. The goal is to use this information to improve how patients are managed and followed up after leaving the hospital, reducing unnecessary readmissions.
