First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looked at whether having heart failure patients regularly fill out a short questionnaire about their health and quality of life during clinic visits helps improve their care. Over 1,200 adults from a heart failure clinic took part. Some started the surveys right away, while others began a year later. Researchers compared health scores and treatment rates between the two groups to see if routine surveys make a difference.
