Summary

This study is testing whether a new program called FRAME helps people with heart failure talk about and get support for mental health issues like stress, anxiety, and depression. About 7,300 patients at clinics in Ontario, Canada, will use the FRAME tool and answer surveys before and after. The goal is to see if the program makes it easier for patients to discuss mental health with doctors and family, and to find helpful resources.
