NCT ID NCT07214376
Summary
This study is testing a medical device designed to lower dangerously high blood pressure in the lungs of people with heart failure. Researchers will compare the device procedure to a placebo procedure in 750 participants who are already on the best available heart medications. The main goal is to see if the device can reduce serious heart problems, hospital stays, and deaths over a 3-year period.
