Summary

This study tests whether a healthy eating program starting in the first trimester can improve blood sugar control in 150 pregnant women at risk for gestational diabetes. Participants receive personalized nutrition counseling, online resources, and support through a private Facebook group. The goal is to see if early dietary changes can prevent or reduce the severity of gestational diabetes.
