This study will test whether educational sessions can improve health literacy and attitudes toward medication in 34 adults hospitalized with schizophrenia or related disorders. Participants will receive pamphlets and watch videos about their condition, then complete questionnaires. The goal is to see if better understanding leads to more positive views on treatment.
