Summary
This study tests whether a gentle hand-holding method called Jin Shin Jyutsu can improve quality of life and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in women going through perimenopause. Sixty women aged 40-54 will practice the technique daily for two weeks and report how they feel. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can help manage common menopause-related emotional and physical challenges.
