This study tested if hand reflexology massage could reduce fatigue and anxiety in adults with end-stage kidney disease who are on maintenance hemodialysis. 70 patients were split into two groups: one received eight 21-minute hand massage sessions during dialysis over four weeks, and the other received usual care.
