Summary
This study tests a new method to treat H. pylori, a stomach infection, during an endoscopy. The stomach is filled with a saltwater solution that is treated with a special gas (argon plasma) to kill the bacteria. The study involves 20 adults with untreated H. pylori and compares two ways of making the treatment solution. After the procedure, patients still receive standard antibiotics to fully clear the infection.
