Summary

This study looks at whether a gel made from polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid can help gum tissue heal better after a graft is taken from the roof of the mouth. Fifteen adults with gum recession will have grafts taken from both sides of their palate in two separate surgeries, nine weeks apart. One side gets the gel; the other does not. Researchers will compare tissue samples under a microscope to see if the gel improves healing and tissue quality.
