Summary
This study explores whether a new type of group therapy, called natural psychotherapy, can help people with anxiety disorders. Sixty adults aged 15 to 55 with obsessive-compulsive disorder will take part. The therapy is based on Eastern cultural ideas and focuses on reducing anxiety symptoms through group sessions in a natural setting.
