Summary

This study tests a program called the Green Activity Program, designed for people with mild memory problems or early Alzheimer's. The program encourages enjoyable outdoor activities like walking, gardening, or yoga with a friend or pet. Researchers want to see if the program is easy to follow and enjoyable, and if it helps people stay active and feel better. About 40 people with memory challenges and their study partners will take part.
