First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at whether combining two minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries (MIGS) works better than cataract surgery alone for lowering eye pressure. Researchers will review records of 100 adults with open-angle glaucoma who had both the Hydrus microstent and iTrack canaloplasty along with cataract surgery. They will track eye pressure, medication use, and safety over three years.
