First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks for new types of gene changes that might raise cancer risk. Researchers compare cancer patients with their healthy parents and family members to find gene changes that appear only in the patient. About 1,275 people with breast, colon, germ cell, neuroblastoma, rectal, or sarcoma cancer and their families will take part. The goal is to better understand how new gene changes contribute to cancer.
